Products

If you consider that an item purchased is defective, you may be entitled to a replacement or fair exchange. You must first email shipping@thewhiteninggals.co and describe your problem. (Please include your full name, order #, and contact information.)

Results will vary greatly from person to person depending on the type of stains a consumer has. It may take several months to completely rid your teeth of tough stains. Generally, a consumer can expect to move 1-7 shades whiter in 1 weeks’ worth of usage or less. We are not able to refund purchases unless the product is defective. Whitening is a cosmetic service and should be used correctly and consistently with the proper aftercare to achieve desired results. Please visit our “FAQ” page for more details on how to effectively use our products and expectations.

Defective products must be returned to us or the consumer can provide a video demonstrating (to our satisfaction) that the product is defective within 30 days of purchase. We will review your claim and if satisfied that your product is defective, we will provide you with a replacement or fair exchange of your choice.

Teeth Whitening Sessions
